Please join our efforts to recognize, encourage, and celebrate high school seniors talented in the arts—visual art, writing, and music.

 

Each year, for over thirty years, we have held our “Launching Leaders in the Arts” competition for high school seniors in the fourteen public high schools in Manatee and Sarasota counties. Our awards are given out at a Performance Luncheon in March where the winners exhibit their winning art, read their winning compositions, and perform their music. Each award ranges from $2,000 to $50, depending on the success of our fundraising efforts and we usually award 12-14 seniors each year.
